“Hats off to temp control, I had been hanging by another heating and cooling company here in Lexington yesterday. I have been scheduled by my insurance company with them for two days. The company had notified me. They would be here between 10 and 12 yesterday by 1230. No one had made it to my house. I proceeded to call the company to see where they were and they said I have been canceled. No one had notified me that I’ve been canceled, which was totally unprofessional. Their excuse for being canceled was dispatch was not accepting work orders from the insurance company that I have my cooling through anymore.. So I was left one more day without any air thank you and you know who you are if you go to Facebook and see my post everybody can see who it was. Anyhow, I called temp control. My insurance company does use them. The owner was very professional and extremely nice. The owner informed me if I would call my insurance and get a work order sent to them. They would get out here today. This was all taken care of and true to his word. They just left my house I have air. The technicians were extremely extremely efficient and nice that would be Mike and Joey. Thank you again guys. Appreciate it very much. Have a good day. I highly recommend this company.”

Matthew the proprietor said that he would be there in the morning at 9:00. At 8:45 he called and said he was running 15 minutes late because the warehouse was backed up.
